Do you ship internationally?

Yes! Please chose your country at checkout. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us so we can organize it for you.

How much does shipping cost?

When you chose your country at checkout, the shipping cost will be added. I ship worldwide, so it's different for each country.

How long does shipping take?

I typically need around 1-2 weeks to send the painting out. Once it's shipped, the delivery time will depend on your location.

You'll receive an email notification with a tracking number, which will provide an estimated delivery date. If you're located outside of Germany, please allow up to 5 weeks for arrival.

What does rolled up delivery mean?

If you chose "rolled up delivery", instead of the "with frame delivery" option, I will carefully detach the canvas from its frame and roll it together. This significantly reduces the delivery cost. You'd have to frame the canvas yourself at home or get it done professionally at a local framing shop.

Do you accept returns?

Yes. We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return at katharinajstudio@gmail.com

The shipping fees are paid by the customer.

Do you take commissions?

Yes, I do take commissions! Please contact me through the contact button or through katharinajstudio@gmail.com and tell me what you'd like to commission and we'll disguss it further!

Commission pieces cost slightly more that other artworks, since I'm usually taking more time with them, need new materials, more planning and talking time with the customer!

Do you sell prints of your paintings?

I'm currently working on the prints and they will be available soon! Subscribe to our emails to get notified about prints!
